Our client is one of the largest asset management companies in the world in the sector they specialise in. They are looking to hire a lawyer for a newly created position to be based in Singapore. In this fast-paced role, you will provide transaction and legal support to the business in its global investment strategy, involving fund origination, investment and project management. It will suit someone who wants a very independent role, in a high performing, collaborative culture.

Ideally you have at least 5 years’ post-admission experience gained from the infrastructure investment space or a top tier law firm. Strong transactions experience in M&A, JVs, projects/project financings (especially in the renewables space) with some exposure to funds ideal.
