In 2007, motivated by a passion to provide a highly professional, ethical, and personalised recruitment service to the legal industry, our Directors, Julia Lee and Joseph Germano, founded JLegal.

Both of our Directors have first-hand experience working as lawyers in private practice and in-house – making it much easier to understand the business (both the highs and the lows!).

Since our incorporation in 2007, JLegal has grown to become one of APAC's leading legal recruitment firms, with offices and partners worldwide.  Backed by combined decades of legal and recruitment experience, our team has specialist industry knowledge and a commitment to proactive, honest, and professional service.
